PAUL 2.1.jpg

Paul Wilson

Paul is excited to see God building gospel communities in and through Calvary. He loves prayerfully studying and preaching God’s Word for Jesus-centered heart transformation. In addition to being one of the preachers at Calvary, Paul gets to collaboratively plan the worship services, lead the Ministry Leadership Team, and oversee the staff. He hopes to help Calvary stay focused on glorifying God through making disciples and planting churches around the world.

Paul and his wife, Laura, love coffee, books, the Lehigh Valley, crying through This is Us episodes, cheering the Pittsburgh Steelers, and laughing at gifs they send each other. They are blessed with three very young and energetic sons (Asher, Kai, and Charlie) and have a heart for adoption. As a family, they enjoy learning the New City Catechism, playing games, and laughing for no apparent reason.

Young Adult Pastor

As the Young Adult Pastor, Zach’s role is to lead Calvary’s ministry to make lifelong disciples of the next generation by mentoring them to be part of the church today and training them to lead the church tomorrow. Overseeing the middle school, high school, college and young adult ministries, Zach loves to train people to mentor and care for students and young adults and to guide the church in their understanding of young people. Zach’s top priority is to proclaim the death and resurrection of Christ through all of his ministry.

Zach and his wife, Leah, have been married for three years and love living in the Lehigh Valley.

Zach grew up playing drums and enjoys exploring the outdoors, listening to old jazz records, watching movies, playing video games, and training for obstacle course races.

Don considers it a privilege to minister the Bible to children and their families as he oversees Cape Calvary, our ministry to families with kids up through 5th grade. He has a passion to see kids come to know Christ, for families to worship together, and to provide resources for families to grow closer to the Lord.  He takes great joy working with our children’s ministry staff and volunteers who minister the Word to kids in our classes. Don is blessed to be married to his best friend, Liz (since 1993). Don and Liz have two children: Allen (born in 1997) and Amanda (born in 1999). Don enjoys making movies with his son, Allen, and watching most sports (but particularly the Pittsburgh Steelers!).

Brennen Sullivan

Outreach and Discipleship Pastor

bsullivan@calvarybaptistpa.org

Brennen is passionate about life-on-life discipleship. He loves seeing people at Calvary walk alongside of one another as they come to know and love Jesus more deeply, present Jesus to one another in truth and love and bring Jesus to the lost and hurting outside of the church. Brennen is very grateful for the opportunities he has to preach God’s Word with Pastor Paul. He also appreciates and enjoys his other roles at Calvary, which involve overseeing Calvary’s commitment to nurture and develop gospel-centered Community Groups (small groups), leading Calvary’s local outreach to the lost and helping people become maturing disciples of Jesus through baptism, membership, and Sunday morning discipleship classes.

Brennen and his wife, Nicole, love their two boys, Paxton and Theo, who make their days very exciting and full.  They enjoy family time, discipling their boys in family worship and daily events, exercise, and walks.  Brennen loves relaxing with Nicole, playing “mean Roman soldier” with Paxton, and joyfully screeching back and forth with Theo.
